SSP Holdings plc – share information
On 24 September 2008, SSP Holdings plc was acquired by H&F Sensor Bidco Limited, a company formed & ultimately owned by funds managed or advised by Hellman & Friedman LLC (H&F) & SSP’s existing management team, in line with Recommended Proposals.
The company’s admission to trading of its shares on AIM was cancelled at 8.00am on 24 September 2008.
