Training

SSP’s Training Team is highly experienced, totally dedicated & fully committed to the design, development & delivery of high quality training courses. All of the courses we provide are inherently flexible & can be tailored to meet individual customer requirements.

We actively encourage ongoing training & our Training Department offers standard refresher courses for new & existing staff. We also provide bespoke interactive workshops tailored to customer requirements, user support materials & an onsite training consultancy service.

We offer three types of training:

Classroom Training

Our Classroom Training Courses can be held at one of our regional offices. These are situated at Halifax, Solihull & Guildford. All of these courses are designed to be interactive, business process driven & include demonstrations, instruction & plenty of invaluable ‘hands on’ practice.

Typical Courses Duration
System Setup/Housekeeping Two Days
Client & Policy Commercial Two Days
Client & Policy Personal Lines One Day
Accounts One Day
Claims One Day
Query One Day
Risk Screen One Day
Nominal Ledger One Day

Onsite Consultancy

Our Onsite Consultancy visits can be made available at any time. One of our specialists will review your business processes &, where appropriate, provide recommendations as to how to make efficiencies or improvements. (They may even recommend refresher training.) Our Onsite Consultancy Service can be purchased as part of your system contract, or on an ad hoc basis.

Webex (Online Sessions)

Our Mini Training Sessions, for specific topics or business areas, are ideal for new starters, new functionality e.g. ‘How to use Premium Finance.’ These sessions are perfect for small numbers of delegates & are highly cost-effective. (For example, they don’t incur any travel expenses because the facility is online… from within your own offices.)
