Here at SSP all our staff are currently working from home and our teams and departments are collaborating and communicating effectively using an application called Microsoft Teams.
The Teams platform provides is an online collaboration tool platform that combines persistent workplace chat, video meetings, file storage, and application integration. Users can connect either via a dedicated desktop app, mobile app, web browser or phone.
Over the coming weeks and months, we will be offering our customers the opportunity to meet in this virtual way to help retain as much benefit as we can get in absence of face to face meetings or training sessions. With this in mind we have produced some basic guidance on how to use Teams for when you are invited to a session with SSP.
