Here at SSP we are fully operational, all our staff are working from home and our systems and services are performing as normal. However, we know that our customers businesses will be under pressure and our number one priority is ensuring you continue to receive the very best service we can provide and we’re focusing our attention and resources on making sure we do our very best for you.
That is why we have produced a support guide which provides our broking customers with all the information you need to ensure your SSP system supports effective working from home. If you need help or support with remote access to your broker system or in supporting your own business continuity or working from home plans, please ask, as we have our team of trainers on standby to assist where they can.
We will be maintaining regular telephone contact with you over the forthcoming weeks to check if there is any further system related assistance we can provide to you. We will be focussing on areas of the systems that support more effective remote working to ensure you are getting the most from your SSP system.
This new area on our website is to ensure our customers have a dedicated area to access all COVID-19 related support resources. This will include advice, ‘how to’ guides and instructional videos to assist with remote working.
