Paul has over 35 years’ experience in insurance, technology and strategy and has led the SSP Asia Pacific team since 2014. He was previously a partner at IBM Global Business Services managing a variety of portfolios including IBM’s insurance solutions and services business in the Asia Pacific region, and the Strategy and Transformation practice for ANZ.
Joe has over 35 years of software development experience gained within the Insurance & Banking sectors. Joe joined SSP APAC in 2018 having previously contracted with SSP in the UK. Prior to that, Joe has had previous technical, consulting and IT leadership roles with Lloyds Bank, Co-Operative Insurance, Aviva and Bradford-Pennine (Sun Alliance) and brings a wealth of software development lifecycle knowledge and best practice to SSP.
Norm is a senior ICT Executive with significant industry experience in conversion projects from legacy applications in the Financial Services sector. Prior to SSP, he was the CIO of a well-established Insurance company and his responsibilities included successfully defining ICT strategies to mitigate legacy application restraints. Norm is now responsible for enhancing and progressing the SELECT Product to meet business demands and also to simplify the complexity of integrating with legacy systems.
Vikram joined SSP in 2015 and has been leading the APAC Customer Services team in delivering Managed Services to all SSP clients. Before joining SSP, Vikram has held customer-focused lead Service Management roles with Cognizant and CSC specialising in Service Delivery and ITIL Maturity. Bringing over 20 years of experience in the IT Service Industry, Vik draws on his wealth of knowledge acquired by serving North American and APAC customers in the Insurance and Financial Services domains and Human Capital management.
Lisa has over 22 years’ experience in Programme and Project Management within the Insurance, Construction, Utilities and Telecommunications technology sectors. Lisa initially joined SSP as a Senior Project Manager before moving to the role of Regional Professional Service Manager in 2016. Prior to SSP Lisa was a contract Programme /Project Manager delivering across multiple different domains and brings experience in delivering large scale projects and programmes.
Sam is the New Zealand Manager serving the New Zealand customer base. He has 20 years’ international experience supporting customers through system implementation and integration, with a proven track record of successful SSP projects. Sam started working for SSP in the UK and took a transfer to move back to NZ in 2008, involved with both Broking and Insurance products, and is active member of the Insurance User Group.
Jerry has over 30 years of experience working in the General Insurance software sector both in Australia and previously in the UK. During this time, he has led and been involved in over 8 major GI administration system transformation projects working with several well-known, international insurers. Prior to joining SSP, he headed up RACQ‘s Enterprise Architecture practice in charge of the group’s IT strategy and their legacy systems modernisation programme. Jerry brings with him his considerable industry experience and strategic thinking to lead SSP’s Asia Pacific business development activities.
Robert brings over 20 years’ experience in the insurance technology sector holding a number of senior roles across delivery and sales in that time. Robert has been with SSP for over 15 years and has a focus on helping customers achieve their business goals whilst leveraging SSP’s solutions.
