We have been a customer of SSP since 1992, so nearing on 30 years now. During this time we have upgraded to the various systems that have been made available; starting with the original Grapevine system, switching to Electra and then our latest upgrade to SSP Pure which we are using at present.
There are many benefits that we receive from SSP’s services, one of which is the close business partnership and the great relationship that we have built with the staff overtime. The SSP team are always helpful and knowledgeable, and keen to spend time discussing any queries or issues that the team may have. SSP Broking will improve our overall business productivity and efficiency, with increased peace of mind which the AWS browser based Hosting will provide.
We have now signed up to the forthcoming system SSP Broking. I believe it is important to embrace any modern technology that is relevant for my business – such as AWS hosted services used by SSP, and new functionalities available to enhance my business. SSP Broking will improve our overall business productivity and efficiency, with increased peace of mind which the AWS browser-based Hosting will provide. Daily tasks will be easier and quicker to process and the new functionalities, such as SMS and Client Self-Service, will allow even more efficiency gains. We’re looking forward to using other new features such as automated email chasers, the new reports tool as well as the new Commercial Lines quote and EDI facility.
SSP Broking will mean fewer screens and fields to complete or negotiate, slicker and therefore quicker to complete routine tasks, meaning we can spend more time concentrating on the selling process and our customers.
