We have been customers of SSP for as long as I can remember, and I have worked in the industry for more than 25 years! We have seen lots of changes both in the market and technology and SSP has kept pace with us and our system requirements. The strong relationships and trust that we have developed with SSP over the years has only bettered our experience.
We first chose SSP after looking at several systems. The value for money was a strong factor shaping our decision, but it was secondary. We were looking to ensure the system we chose was able to do everything that we needed it to do and more, which it did. An excellent accounts package and quote engine were the main requirements that we had and SSP ticked all of our boxes. Yes, we did look at the other systems that were available in the market, but we were not ready for disrupters at that time, we wanted to run with a mature systems provider that we could trust. SSP provided us with excellent training to match the system provided and have unfailingly maintained our requirements ever since.
A consistently solid system
Working with SSP systems has helped us to improve our workflow over the years. The flexibility is also something to be appreciated as it has allowed us to work to our maximum potential. It has done everything that we needed it to do. It’s been a solid system for us and enhanced by the professional, helpful and friendly service that the SSP team has provided over many years. SSP still contact us on a regular basis to make sure that all is well and that our requirements continue to be met.
