The SSP solution serves the purpose of what we need it for very well, our business is dependent on our IT solutions. SSP provides a reliable and streamlined system, with minimal unscheduled downtime.
In regards to the level of service we receive from the SSP team, the best word I can use to describe it is excellent.
The SSP team are a group of very knowledgeable, professional individuals, with good-quality response times, and we can honestly say we’ve rarely ever had a reason to complain. We’re very pleased with the positive and healthy relationship we’ve built with the team over time, and it’s only bettered our overall experience.
